



Cooked in my KamadoJoe for about 3 hours at 250° (indirect heat)
Bacon weave, covered with hot Italian sausage and bbq seasoning (added Frank's too), layered with mozzarella slices, then rolled and held with long tooth picks. Add more bbq seasoning and just before its done, brush with bbq sauce
