Super hyped about my sous vide turkey. Started at 6:00 a.m. this morning, going to smoke it for the last 45 minutes. I'll send a picture after it's done! Happy gobble day!!!!!

  2. Is your turkey set to 134? How do you grt your family to eat that? Mine thinks 136 is too pink and won’t touch it. I have to do 140

  3. That bird needs to be submerged and unless you like rare turkey an increase in temp by 7-10 degrees.
