I couldn't weight them all together because my scale is too little, but they were about 25 grams each.

Simple pasta dough (flour, oil, water, salt, and turmeric for the more orange ones)

Filled with oven baked delica pumpkin and vegan pecorino cheese,

to sort of recreate the amaretti I've blended almonds, sweet almond paste (sicilian's pasta di mandorle) and some drops of Amaro Montenegro for the bitter part. It was surprisingly effective.

They were quite huge and fullfilling but my boyfriend still ate his entire about 450gr plate in one go.
