I’m in full agreement with you. Right now, I’m smoking a ham that has been worked over with a Bourbon & Maple dry rub. I’m basting it with an Apple/Cinnamon glaze.

Presently smoking a brisket and a turkey breast on the BGE. Brisket is just about ready for a rest. I didn’t have time for a long rest. Turkey isn’t too far behind.
