Some dude from Hungary gave me this. It's calles "chili cseppje" seems to be oil. I cant find any SHU data of it. Anyone made some experiences with it?

I googled and translated some Hungarian links—this is extract. They tell you to add a drop or two to an entire soup. So yes, extremely hot. Don’t eat it on its own or as a condiment.

Had this, no it’s not hot if your into hot sauces. It’s sold in most markets and we thought it was a paprika oil
It’s more like a concentrated taste of chili without the spice, there is a great Hungarian hot sauce that won competitions I think called Attila.
