I’ve been experimenting with masa and steak cuts.

1st pick is Pink Masienda masa- rib eye
2nd is pink Mansienda masa – new york
3rd is blue masienda masa – skirt steak
4th is white bread – black forest ham

so i have to say all of them are good and i’m hate having to nit pic to get my favorite.

Masienda masa is very nice and for me, the different corn colors do have some minor flavors difference but hard to pick up on unless you are tasting them side by side.

steak wise – skirt steak is my favorite – slightly more chewy but great flavor.

Rib eye is great too, just a little to rich/fatty for me for the amount i ate

Newyork – i think this is in between less fatty than rib eye but more tender than skirt steak, also flavorful with just salt/pepper.

last one is an american taco also called a sub. Prefer cold cut with oil and vinegar, black forest ham Lettuce tomatoes onion, avocados slices, banana peppers and a pickle with a side of thinly sliced fried potatoes.

    These all look great! Skirt steak is great in tacos, but I love a big slice of avocado like you had on the ribeye ones.

    I think the blue Masienda masa makes the sturdiest tortillas (in my hands, at least). But all of their stuff is great.
