Cut out the spine and smoked it on low for an hour and cranked to 350 till target temp. Had to transport it for dinner at my dad's when I put it in the cooler for transport the legs literally peeled off.

I did a test turkey before this, but it’s also the first I’ve been in charge of. Looks like yours came out pretty great. This one just got wrapped and stuffed in the cooler for travel across town as well
