Recipe: 65 grams swerve, 1/4 tsp xanthan gum, around half a cup of coconut, caramel and vanilla flavored coffee, 60 grams low fat cottage cheese, and 360 grams almond milk.

I usually overestimate a bit so it might be less! This was sooo delicious and creamy. Made it with the Ninja Creami machine!

I keep seeing so many low-cal ice creams made by the ninja creami specifically… I’m tempted…

What can I use instead of cottage cheese , xanthan gum and swerve ?

My daily reminder to ask for a Creami for Christmas

The coffee is coconut, caramel and vanilla flavoured? Or is there a half cup of actual coconut?

Would you say it’s pretty sweet? I want to try this!! 💓

I heard the creami is really loud…. true?

What exactly does the ninja creami do? If I mixed the ingredients with a stick blender and stuck it in the freezer, would I get the same outcome?

Just to clarify because this looks delicious and I want to try this with my ninja… What is the coffee? It’s all three flavors (coconut, vanilla and caramel?) And you brew this coffee and add it?

Yeah, I bought a ninja creami a few years ago, and love it.

I just mix fat free greek yogurt, a scoop of whey protein powder, and like a cup of low-fat milk — and it turns out amazing considering how insane the macro ratios are.

360g almond milk is roughly 100 kcals. 60g cottage cheese is roughly 50. So you’re already at 150 before the coffee. How is the coffee flavored? Is there sugar or syrup in it? This is still great, but I don’t see how it could possibly be <120.

Edit: I stand corrected. This is pretty awesome!

By coconut, do you mean the meat? Just a normal coconut or a sweet Thai one?

What does swerve even mean? I know what it means as a verb but can’t find anything that could be 65g of it

This looks delicious and thanks for sharing! I am not a fan of ice cream myself but my husband loves it and he’s also on a weight loss journey.

One day I’ll get the Ninja Creami and it’s going to be a game changer! Saving this recipe for when I do!

  15. I know it’s antithetical to this sub but I would rather eat a small volume of real ice cream than a tub of “ice cream” made with cottage cheese.

Mine always taste nasty unless I add a lot of sugar or some flavoring. I love the taste of premier protein shakes so I thought Turing it to ice cream with the ninja creamy would be good. It tasted so bad sadly I added milk with it after and then vanilla and it was better but idk what I’m doing wrong haha

Thought this was a giant tub of hummus at first

The ninja creami is my all time best investment I ever made. In the past 8 weeks I have had a tub of protein ice cream every single night for no more than 250 calories and 34g of protein and I’m down 6kg, whilst still satisfying my sweet tooth. Leaves me feeling fuller for longer than just drinking a protein shake as well.

Looks so delicious, gotta look up that gum stuff in the ingredients but looks TOO DIE FOR! 🔥

so how much did yall get paid to make this post and these comments? smh

    This looks really good

PSA to anyone with dogs: xanthum gum is extremely toxic. It’s not an ingredient I will have in my house.

    But it looks really good…

  22. damn, I really need to get me an ice cream machine

  23. sad-but-rad-

The Ninja Creami is what OP used to make the ice cream pictured!

Can someone explain what “swerve” is? Sorry, new here!
