I searched this sub to see if anyone’s talked about the Oikos Protein Shakes because my god!!
170 calories, 3.5g fat, fiber, protein, calcium, YUM too!
I’ve tried the chocolate and salted caramel and I’m obsessed.
Downside? $3.55 a 12oz bottle.

Tbh that’s not as bad as the going fairlife price. I’ll have to try and see if they have good/bad after taste.
You can get a case of 18 Alani protein shakes with the same amount of protein (160 calories) for $36.99. that’s about $2 a 12oz bottle.
These are my favorite because of the fiber. I get them cheaper at Costco
I usually wait till they are on sale at ShopRite. The best I’ve gotten between a sale and coupon is $8 for the 4 pack.
Does it have Stevia as a sweetener?
I like the Oikos chocolate significantly less than I like the Members Mark chocolate protein shakes. I haven’t tried the caramel.
