
I wanted to share something that might help anyone who feels like they’re “doing everything right” but still not seeing much change.
A lot of people try to lose weight while dealing with constant bloating, and it makes the whole process so much harder. When your digestion is off, your appetite, energy, and even water retention are holding everything back. So it can feel like you’re not making progress no matter how careful you are.
