Hi all. My teriyaki chicken. Quite filling and great macros for satiety.

Volume and lower calorie specific tips:
– canola oil spray for the pan initially.
-chicken breast instead of thighs. It was a little drier, but still delicious.
– pumpkin is underrated for satiety in my opinion.
– sauce and salt (from soy) enhance flavour and satiety without too many calories. The omission of extra sugar does reduce the crisp, sharp sweetness mildly.

  • you may also consider adding or substituting cauliflower as well.
