We had some apple cider left over from Thanksgiving so I reduced it down to a syrup and added it to my cinnamon brown sugar ice cream base and added some crumbled biscoff cookies

    Base
    – 2 cups Heavy cream
    – 1 cup Milk
    – 2 Eggs (pasturized)
    – 1/2 cup Brown sugar
    – 2 cinnamon sticks

    Apple cider syrup
    – 2 cups apple cider
    – 1 cup of water
    – 1/4 of a cup of brown sugar
    Reduce down to a third or until thick and coats the back of a spoon
