Idk when I think Gelato this wasn't the texture I was thinking but that's okay. I didn't want that "light airy Italian stuff". I honestly wasn't sure what to expect.
Black Tea and locally used dairy it wasn't sweet. It was- well, tea so if you've had Van Leeuwen's Earl Grey (not very sweet) but the flavor was very good robust string but not overpowering even some "light black licorice" notes after you at it. It's nice.
The back says "perfectly chewy tapioca pearls" they were chopped. Equally sized (didn't take a photo of mouth melted bits) the texture of them homerun! Solid it really was cut the right size that yeah it melts to the perfect chew. I mean every piece was perfect chew completely consistent! golf clapp

This was great and I know you cant find it cause it's local which makes me sad for you. I thought you could order it on the website but unfortunately you cannot. They make chocolates and cookies swell you can order. I found this pint at Asahi on lamar. (I know theres a few Austinies in here) buy it if you can.
