    I put all my spices that I’m going to use on a small plate or pudding cup and then sprinkle it on the food I’m making. I cannot tell you how many times this has saved my dishes, but just last week I had a faulty pepper Shaker spill all its contents on that pudding cup. I just saved it all up in a jar and my food was fine.

    This only works if you’re gonna actually mix it in with the eggs imo, like either scrambled or omlette

    I have ground pepper (and salt) in a little container on the counter. Grab a pinch and dust the food. Much more accurate than a shaker or grinder.

    I love black pepper that just right for me. but yeah you should have just scrambled the eggs mixed the cheese in chopped the meat up mixed that in maybe some onions or scallions and placed it on toast and you have a kickass meal.
