
The layers:
• Hazelnut sablé breton
• Chocolate jaconde sponge, soaked with caramel syrup
• Dark chocolate dulce ganache
• Salted caramel crémeux
• Vanilla bean diplomat cream
• Brown sugar Italian meringue buttercream
The exterior is made from chocolate pate sucrée decorated mostly with royal icing.
