Hey i made some really hollow shells which are very brittle. I made new ones for my customer so it’s all good. I just want to ask what can i do with this other than chucking them and giving them away to eat?

Something creative like another type of dessert. I thought of putting them through a food processor but My problem is they’re already filled with ganache.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks heaps x

Tap the outer shells off and blitz those to dust. Dip the cookies in chocolate. Sprinkle them with the dust from the shells before the chocolate hardens.
Maybe stick on some of those fake chocolate rocks so they have a geology vibe.

ETA the surface of those cookies looks like the surface of the moon or Mars. You could add a little astronaut boot print.

You could cut into pieces and use as an ice cream mix in or topping.

  3. A local bakery uses macaron shells in a cupcake icing, i have not tried it but🤷‍♀️

Smash up and mix it in with some ice cream. Now you have a gourmet dessert!
