My husband’s craving spinach artich choke dip, but I’m responsible for the appetizers on Thanksgiving. So, I’m going to show you how I’m going to make it. Woohoo. Thaw out some chopped spinach and put it on the tab. Squeeze out any leftover water. Add to a bowl, one can of artichoke carts, Duke’s mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon zest, m smearing, grated jalapeno, pepper jack cheese, and parmesan cheese in the bowl. And don’t forget, check it for poison. Oh yeah, we’re good. minced onion, minced garlic in the bowl. Salt and pepper and swirl it up. Preheat your oven to 350. You need a muffin pan. Spray it down so nothing sticks. And get out your wontons. Did I even say what I was making? Spinach artichoke won cups. Press it down to coat the bottom. Add a scoop of the spinach dip. Another layer of wonton. Press it down. And another scoop of the spinach dip. Top with some mozzarella cheese and a slice of jalapeno. Hey Google, set a timer for 15 minutes. Probably the most perfect appetizer ever. [Music]
