I saw this Gingerbread Crooked Spoon at the store and I've been debating when I wanted to have it when I remembered I had a leftover homemade Brunost Caramel Snickerdoodle cookie leftover from a previous batch. So I made myself an ice cream sandwich and man it was so good!
