"in for a penny in for a pound" halfway through I knew I messed up but I just went with it. substituted a bottle of Goya pico de gallo and two cans of Rotel for the enchilada sauce I forgot to buy. If anything it's the least worst thing that has probably happened from rotgut Puerto Rican rum LOL.

Hey floppy nachos girl here. Enchilada sauce is sooooo easy to make it’s just Mexican gravy when you think about it. Make a roux with the spices and flour and add broth till it’s the right sonsistency. Consistency. (I’m also drunk.)
These look bomb done though. Anything smothered in cheese is a W in my book!
