
Specifically the chicken clam soup. It’s a Chintan? Chicken broth with clam but it’s buttery creamy!
It’s not called a Shio or shoyu… Ive had it many times and I’m not sure what makes it buttery delicious.
Any ideas from visitors/ramen makers?
