Hey everyone! We were just talking about beets recently, so I made a tasty salad today, thought some of you might find it interesting🙌

Ingredients:
Spinach – 3 handfuls
Cooked or roasted beet – 1 medium (150–180 g), diced
Feta – 80–100 g
Orange – 1, peeled and cut into pieces
White onion – a few thin rings (optional)
Dill – a small handful, chopped

Dressing: olive oil (1.5–2 tbsp) + honey (1 tsp)
