First batch could’ve used one more minute but only a few were slightly undercooked. Second batch was great! Now I know my oven temp and set up. I put a cookie sheet on the bottom rack, the shells on my new cookie sheet turned upside down on the middle rack and cooked at 315° for 14 minutes! I think the real temp was probably 320-325° but it works. Pumpkin spice buttercream in the middle is delicious 🤤
