Hello r/FoodLosAngeles!
Little good news, little bad news. The bad news is also kinda good news, though! So I have a HUGE event on Tuesday – 150 sandwiches and 200 cinnamon rolls and I have one hour to feed everyone!!! I am a bit stressed out, but this is good. This event is forcing me to expand so I can accommodate, but also forcing me to re-think how I make the sandwiches.
It is only because of the support of this community that I am even remotely ready for this job and for that, you all have my deepest gratitude. I am determined to find a way to pay it back to this community! But, on the flip side, it means I wont be doing any sales this weekend and possibly next weekend, we'll have to see about that.
BUT, it does mean that, on the other side of this, I will have some new equipment that will help to make sandwiches faster and cut down on wait times.
Thank you for you business and support, it means the world to me!!
