Made my first homemade pizza from scratch today and wow…it’s been a MINUTE since I’ve been humbled in the kitchen 🤣🍕
I LOVE pizza, and I’ve always wanted to nail that classic Neapolitan Margherita. Finally grabbed a pizza stone and gave it a shot. The classic flavor was there, the technique? Ehh…let’s call it “developing.”
Now I’m low-key convinced I need a full wood-fired pizza oven…but I should probably learn how to make better dough first.
