This is SO creamy, tasty, and filling💓💓 I fried the tofu first with the onion, garlic and shiitake mushrooms. Then I added chicken stock, ginger and paprika (didnt track spices) and almond milk, gochujang and soy sauce and spinach. Then added the noodles to it ans also cornstarch for a thicker texture.
