my lovely dog that i adore and is also occasionally a major asshole decided to take a bite out of one of the layers hence the weird corner. anyway this is a guinness chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting, topped with the chocolate covered espresso beans that were meant for the other cake i was trying to make. on a random side note if anyone has successfully made a mokkatorte i would love any advice/the recipe that worked for you😀🔫
