Too tired to cook today — so this was my Korean breakfast.

I chopped half a cabbage yesterday and had a pretty big breakfast, so today I kept it simple — just a banana and a cup of Maxim Supreme Gold mix coffee.

(It’s not the usual Maxim Mocha Gold that most people know. Supreme Gold is the upgraded version — slightly pricier, but richer and creamier, almost like a café latte.)

I bought the cabbage and bananas together on discount the other day, so I’ve been eating both over the past couple of days.

Yesterday was the big cabbage bowl morning, and today felt like the right day to reset with something light.
