My last Joule from Chefsteps lasted quite a few years with a lot of use. Hopefully this can out last it

**This is a generic reminder message under every image post**

Thank you for your picture post to r/sousvide. We want to remind everyone of Rule #5. Posts should be accompanied by something to foster discussion. A comment, a question, etc is encouraged.

If you’ve posted a picture of something you’ve prepared, please explain why in a comment so people can have some sort of conversation. Simply dropping a picture of food in the sub isn’t really fostering any discussion which is what we’re all aiming for.

Posts that are a picture with no discussion can and will be removed by the mods.

    Thank you!!

It looks cool, it’s like a fluorescent light bulb standing up.

Breville is a solid brand but i haven’t seen this one before, looks sleek, i like it. Let us know how you like it! Pros and cons! My breville espresso machine is still solid after 1 year of almost daily use and 1 year of twice a week use

  4. I had to replace my original house because I dropped it and then they switched to breville right after. Bad luck lol.

  5. I was reading about the new turbo before getting one and came across some Reddit comments saying you can’t use it to cook from frozen. It doesn’t make much sense to me and is definitely a use case for me. Anyone knows about it?
