I love this. Simple but perfect. I’m guessing it was delicious. My father insisted on smoking our family turkey and he is hit or miss. 50/50. I begged him to wrap the same size turkey as yours after a few hours but he didn’t. Smoked it low and slow and it was a true smoke bomb. I couldn’t handle it. But at least he tried. I plan on showing him your post. Thanks for posting.
