super rich and creamy today we’re making these Thai peanut chicken noodles let’s get right into it start off by making our sauce which includes coconut milk peanut butter Sriracha minced garlic and ginger some brown sugar soy sauce sesame oil and lastly some lime juice oil in our Pan Once our oil is hot we’re going to add in our garlic and our Ginger nice chicken breast salt and some pipa C our chicken all the way through remove it from the heat we’re going to add in our sauce let our sauce simmer until it thickens up it should take about five minutes while we’re waiting for our sauce we’re going to cook our noodles cook these till they’re nice and on Dente we just used egg noodles but you can use fetuccini noodles or whatever noodles you want add our noodles into our sauce add back in our chicken some fresh cilantro and a couple lime wedges oh yeah Cheers Cheers m

    Sauce:
    400ml Premium organic coconut milk by Cha's
    1/2 cup Peanut butter
    3 tbsp Sriracha
    4 cloves Garlic (minced)
    1/2 tbsp Ginger (minced)
    2 tbsp Brown sugar
    1 tbsp Soy sauce
    1 tbsp Sesame oil
    1 lime (juiced)

    Finish with cilantro and lime wedges
