On the occasion of Italian Cuisine Week in the World 2025, the Italian Consulate in Bangalore announces that special menus prepared to celebrate the occasion will be available from December 1-7 in ten selected restaurants. The eateries, dubbed ‘Ambassadors of Our Flavors,’ are Caprese-Shangri-La, Chianti, Italia-The Park, La Gioia, Life Farm to Fork, Milano, Pinocchio, Rosmarino, Tiamo-The Conrad, and Toscano.

   
On November 27, a meeting, organized in collaboration with the foodwize association, entitled ‘A conversation on the future of food: health, innovation, planet’ was held instead at the Library Hall of the Bangalore International Centre. During the meeting, speakers discussed how Italy and India share a common vision for a sustainable future for food.
