Could you explain what is this ? Or what it used to be before melting ?

If you need to ask then probably you wonβt be okay replacing the cable yourself. π So find a company that services whatever that device is and give them a call. Keep unplugged until replaced.

Tell your manager or owner. If you’re the manager or owner, call a handyman or an electrician, or someone else capable of replacing the power cord. Because the area around the grinder likely gets wet from coffee and espresso machines, I would not let a cheap owner just electrical tape the grinder power cord.

Better contact OEM . Because it is part of your preparation unit and don’t do the repairs with local team may be it will work for few More day’s. Better replace.
