On my holiday took a last minute dining in this particular restaurant and I'm glad that I did. This restaurant is in recently opened Dusit Thani hotel

The first bite was smoked paprika cracker and it was nice

The first real Amuse-bouche was small tomato/vegetable soup and two bites of profiteroles (can't remember that precisely, because they were not in the printed menu). Absolutely delicious 9,5/10

Next was the first real menu item: Scampi tartar. The combination of apple and hazelnut was delicious and the combination was fantastic. The caviar was nice addition but, maybe because of my palate, it did not add that much to the dish compared the other ingredients. Still, great item 9+/10

First pasta dish was Chestnut gnocchi with added Alba white truffle. This might have been the least favorite dish in the menu. There was nothing bad about it, but compared to other 2 previous ones, this was not on the same level. And The white truffle was kind of once in a lifetime experience for me, it might stay that way. For me, not worth the extra price 8,5/10

Second pasta dish was linguine with uni. This was small step up from previous one. Especially when not a friend of seafood in general, the balance of seafood and tomato flavors in the sauce was perfect 9-/10

Last food item on the menu was M5 tenderloin. For me this was the best dish of all. Perfectly seared piece of meat and even though been tenderloin, incredible amount of flavor on it own. The purée, pumpkin and jus were perfect combination 10/10

First dessert item was citrus-yuzu semifreddo with lemon and orange. Very refreshing and light. Very good one 9/10

Then the last one Panna Cotta with gelato and Cannolo + Petit three. Fantastic ending. panna cotta is always winner for me, the cannolo was superb and maybe the first time when gelato is in the desserts, it does not feel like it is just added component just to make the dessert feel more "full". Now it felt like it really was part of the dish 10/10

Service and ambiance was also top notch. Especially the service. It felt like everything just worked. It is kind of hard to explain but it worked without flash or kind of big number of. It just worked, and it worked to the point. It also positive to see that solo diners are treated with the same respect that larger groups 10-/10

I was there before Michelin stars were announced in Bangkok, and this restaurant got 1 star (did not have before). It was quite obvious and that it should have at least 1 star and based on my experience, it is very worthy candidate for 2 stars in the future

I highly recommend this restaurant if you visit In Bangkok. Great experience and one of my top restaurant experiences that I ever had in general
