I know, they aren't sauce but these have killer flavor and heat. They work amazing with eggs, pizza, breakfast burritos, you name it!

I’m such a fan boy of this brand. I have all their offerings except the Asian red and green ghost. They are great quality and def elevate a dish when used. I also think their specific grinder is pretty nice; cuts the flakes very finely for better distribution when cooking
GadgetGuy1977
I like them, have a nice variety and they’re all good so far.
euro_sport
I have 4 different varieties from them. So far, I’ve only tried them when making jerky (sprinkled directly on top before going in the smoker/dehydrator). Really great stuff!
Tayls23
Holy crap, I don’t remember which one I put in their grinder, but it is hot.
Get the grinder, it really lets the flakes shine.
jls75076
Love em. Better on more things than sauce, really.
coldtasting
I love flat iron!
bigkutta
These are very good, I have 4 of them. Get the Smoke Show, smokey and hot!!! They’re expensive but can get a deal around the holidays.
fatherbowie
I use smoked ghost flakes on pizza and so much more. It’s the one heat enhancer I use more than any other.
TheSlipperyPorpoise
Flat iron is god tier. I bought the 3 pack and it was legitimately a notable difference in flavor and heat. Can not recommend it enough. I’ll probably buy some of the ones I haven’t tried for Christmas
oldfrankandjesus
I didn’t think pepper flakes could be noticeably different until I tried these out. They’re so good. And each variety is distinct.
Oellian
Personally, I cook from scratch, and so avoid spice blends entirely.
Fuzzy_Welcome8348
I LOVE pepper flakes!! But they have to have the seeds
Desperate_Set_7708
Never bought into the hype.
Then I bought a four pack.
Sweet Jesus, it’s awesome!
And don’t let the price deter you. Don’t need very much to bring the heat and flavor.
gnardog45
I have the ones in the center, I love them. I need to try the rest
tideshark
My dad loves pepper flakes in pizza, this is totally something I can get him for xmas, thanks for the idea!
AnakinSkycocker5726
I use the 4 pepper blend on pizza all the time. It’s so much better than regular red pepper flakes
Just_Like_That28
We think pepper flakes are delightful!
xThotsOfYoux
We’re for ’em!

This brand opened my eyes to pepper flakes. It never occurred to me different blends could have flavor profiles until they arrived. Highly recommended for people who want heat but need to limit salt intake. I bought a four pack and I’m a regular buyer now.

A pizza place here in Fort Collins has these. Definitely a fan.
NoobAck
If you dont have a grinder to go with each of these then youre missing out
The pepper flakes ground to basically nothing and blend into all foods perfectly and you won’t be getting large flakes in your teeth or anything
I just make my own the end of each season. Super easy, basically free, and I like mine better than any store bought that I have tried
Mister_Pibbs
Really good for ramen and for marinating or seasoning.
Between3-2o
I go through hot sauce too quickly. Too expensive. Too much salt. I only use powders and flakes now.
reverendexile
Flatirons pepper Co is GOATed
dardenus
I have the one in the middle and like it
RaisinPaster
These are INCREDIBLE on pizza.
draelulys
Badass all around. All the above but I add it chicken noodle soup right before serving. Epic.
LetTheJamesBegin
I keep ghost pepper flakes in my glovebox. These look like some nicely curated blends. My mouth is watering looking at their website. Thanks for sharing!
hdabberson
Bro top tier I’ve had almost all of em
PipecleanerFanatic
Made some of my own out of strays from the garden, I love pepper flakes on pizza and pasta. Turns out they are just too dang much for my system… they just keep heating up in my stomach and make me feel terrible.
inbettywhitewetrust
Just got these for my brother’s Christmas present thank you so much
901CountryBlumpkin69
I use the four pepper blend frequently, and I have a green mix for when the four-pepper is depleted. I love it so far.
Kewlbeenz808
Flatiron pepper flakes are top tier. If you really want to bring the heat, get the “I Can’t Feel My Face”, shit is seriously spicy but with a fantastic flavor profile!
JoeyDebonair
Love flat iron!
HoochShippe
Dry hot peppers from the garden. Grind. Make my own.
rushmc1
Envious of those who can afford them.
GeauxFarva
Flat Iron is great. Their prices are not so great.
Sullypants1
Idk. Flatiron flakes are great! Actually have some heat.

Ckron247
I have 7 different flavors. All super tasty. My biggest issue is how coarse ground the seasonings are. I use them so much, my favorites, I put in small pepper grinders.
I just saw they recently put out their own little grinders too. Anyone tried one?
brownshoesonly
Get the grinder!
castlesymphony
i love flatiron especially the sweet heat and asian reds, i like the bit of crunch and that they actually have heat, plus theyve got a lot of flavor too so its really well rounded in my opinion
like others have said the price scares me but alas… sometimes its worth it
shymysteryguy
The dark and smoky ones are, by far, my favorites!
TryBananna4Scale
The wife bought these for me. I didn’t realize the price of them at the time. I made dozens of spectacular dishes with them, they’re great! Later I found out the price, and started questioning my use of them.
mdjacobus
I very much enjoy Flatiron Pepper Co! We’ve tried every blend they have, and there are some truly amazing ones! Asian Reds is a favorite as is Kimsa Q’uni. My wife really likes the Hatch Green, and the Sweet Heat is really great in some ramen. 100% get their grinder and use it properly (back and forth, not in circles), and the grinding really intensifies the flavors. Expensive, eh… but like others have said, bottle of these last us MUCH longer than bottles of hot sauce.
TerraVestra
I have a bunch from this brand and they’re great! Also their screw-on grinder is great.
AdThink8313
Love anything spicy my friend. I fucks with pepper flakes
Darossman907
That sweet heat is my go-to for everything
dkryan50
I LOVE the Dark and Smokey and the Hatch Green Chile, delicious on burger patties.
