First time having a crème brûlée doughnut. The dough was fresh and thick with a delicious cream center. Seems like they make that in house rather than bringing it in and filling them with cheaper pre-prepped ingredients. The crème brûlée has a nice crisp to it however, for me, it was hard to get used to the combination of textures, even though the flavor was yummy. Anyone else have a crème brûlée doughnut in the Chicago area? This one was very excellent quality.
