Idk why people are hating on the lettuce + cheese. A little crunch and sharpness helps keep it from being too dry and mushy. Looks great!

I’ll pass on the cheese and lettuce. And build a 12pack at once out of Hawaiian dinner rolls. Crosscut the whole bun-loaf and build. Put it back in the bun bag and back in the fridge. Grab a bun whenever one feels like it 😍
