Let me show you how I make this beautiful Lebanese breakfast called Kobos. First of all, I boil my Lipton tea, add in milk, a little bit of sugar to make it yummy, and then I’m going to be making my Lebanese cobos. Now, first of all, you take um two cobos, spread it open, add in your cream lean on it, and then you’re going to sprinkle zata after that. And after that, you put in a little bit of olive oil. And voila, you add in your zata and you’re good to go. If you have greeny leafy vegetables or cucumber, you can add on it. Now for this zata, zata is made from um a herb that has been dried and then sesame seed that has been toasted golden brown and then mix it together and add a little bit of salt which is called zata.
