

Baby kale and spinach salad with pistachio and olive oil. Papaya with a spoon of Kefir on top. Blue berries, raspberries, blackberries. Wholewheat avocado toast, with drizzles of olive oil + turmeric + black pepper + red pepper flake on top. Thank you for this subreddit — it is becoming a habit to eat Mediterranean for me now. These breakfasts make me happy and are easy to prepare under 15 min.
