I think these are all Ghost Pepper even though the majority of them came from seeds sold as Trinidad Scorpions, I don’t see any that look like a traditional Scorpion.
Assuming these are all Ghosts, are they are ripe enough to make powder? I had to pick due to frost and they’ve already sat in the window for a week. Starting to get some spoilage and would like to powder them in the next few days if it won’t be nasty

yep!
Cut them in half longways if you’re dehydrating them. Then leave them whole and grind your pepper as you need it instead or bulk grinding the whole lot. The flavor is so much better that way. You can also do more with them.
You can also use the dried pods to make a hot sauce.
My understanding is that while they will change color after picking, their heat and flavour don’t change much.
Which is to say, send it!
For powder sure
You can make powder with unripe peppers too
Definitely. But I would them in a brown pepper bag for a week or so and they will keep ripening.
Grill them add some other salsa stuff like tomato or tomatillo onion (also grilled) blend them adjust salt , add a ton of garlic and celantro.. dehydrate re blend dry
