    I’m no photographer, but I’m quite pleased with how this batch turned out.

    The blue color comes from steeping butterfly pea flowers in the hot base and I used a clear Mexican vanilla that was gifted to me. The freeze dried blueberries were initially crunchy, but after the ice cream set up, they became slightly chewy in texture.

    All in all, it was a winning combination.
