Anyone else travel with their circulator for Thanksgiving?
My Sansaire kickstarter edition is still kicking and did a solid job with the turkey at my parents’ house.

One time some in-laws came to stay with us for christmas and insisted on doing a sous vide lamb leg which was fine but they did it in the sink for 10 hours. I honestly would have preferred to be able to wash dishes the day before christmas.

Worse, I flew with my Control Freak induction burner. It was totally worth it.

I traveled with two. 143 for the white meat, and 148 for the dark.
