### Marry Me Shrimp Recipe

**Ingredients:**

– 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup chicken broth
– 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
– 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
– 4 cups fresh spinach
– 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust for spice level)
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh basil, for garnish
– Cooked pasta or rice, for serving

**Instructions:**

1. **Sauté Shrimp:** In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.

2. **Make the Sauce:** In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.

3. **Add Cream and Cheese:** Stir in the heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well and let it simmer for 3-5 minutes until it thickens slightly.

4. **Add Spinach and Shrimp:** Toss in the fresh spinach and return the shrimp to the skillet. Sprinkle in red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until the spinach wilts and the shrimp are heated through.

5. **Serve:** Serve over your choice of pasta or rice, and garnish with fresh basil.
