I'm not gonna say I'm nearly as good a baker as the other person, and while it tastes nice I'm still working on the whole making something look nice.
I did kinda forget, before making it, that I am not a fan of marzipan, so maybe this will be a recipe I'll steer clear of in the future.

Great job! I’m so tempted to make this because its such an iconic cake but like you am not the greatest marzipan fan.
