Hey foodies, today we’re making a super easy and elegant appetizer, prostudo wrapped asparagus. It’s perfect for any occasion. First, preheat your oven to 400° F or 200° C. Grab a bunch of fresh asparagus. Wash them and trim off those tough ends. Now for the fun part. Take a slice of prostido, cut it in half lengthwise, and wrap it around each asparagus spear. It’s like giving them a little savory hug. Leave the tips peeking out. Arrange your wrap spears on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle them with about two tablespoons of olive oil and a good crack of fresh black pepper. Pop them into the oven to bake for 12 to 15 minutes. You want that prostudo to get nice and crispy and the asparagus to be perfectly tender. Once they’re out, immediately sprinkle them with grated Parmesan cheese for a little extra zing. You can add some lemon zest or a drizzle of balsamic glaze. And there you have it. A delicious, impressive dish that’s incredibly simple to make.
