• 330g Canned chickpeas
• 80g Broccoli
• 1 Onion
• Ghee (substitute vegetable oil if you are vegan)
• 1 Clove of garlic
• Fresh parsley
• 2 tbsp Chickpea flour
• 2 tbsp Ground flax seeds
• Salt to taste
• Freshly ground pepper
• ½ tsp Cumin
• ½ tsp Ground paprika
📌 Sauce:
• 2 tbsp Tahini
• 2 tbsp Sour cream (substitute plant-based sour cream if you are vegan)
• 1 tsp Honey(substitute agave syrup if you are vegan)
• 1 Clove of garlic
• Juice from half a lemon
• Pinch of cumin
• Pinch of chili flakes
• Salt to taste

I’m very curious 🤗 80g Broccoli Water Cook the broccoli for 3 minutes after the water boils. 1 Onion Ghee Substitute vegetable oil if you are vegan. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes. 1 Clove of garlic Fresh parsley 2 tbsp Chickpea flour 2 tbsp Ground flax seeds Salt to taste Freshly ground pepper ½ tsp Cumin ½ tsp Ground paprika Form the balls. Wet your hands with water so the mass doesn’t stick to your hands. Great recipe, looking forward to trying it; appreciate that it's baked, not fried. Just a small point, one does not need that large quantity of water to cook broccoli, less water means more nutrient retention in the vegetable.
