This came out fantastic. Cooked it 7 hours to be sure the fat rendered properly. Fell apart and melted. Decided to separate and reduce the sauce to make sure it had the proper consistency. Maybe coulda reduced it a tad more, but I was starving and oh well. I'll try to type a recipe out by tomorrow. Thanks for the ones who commented on my previous post telling me to buy this cut.
