It’s funny everyone seems to have been baking Prinsesstårta lately 😂 can’t blame us, it’s fun to do and the colors are just so pretty to look at!

I made this one, along with some other Swedish sweets (Chokladbollar) and (sockerkringlor) for a birthday gathering, the birthday girl is Swedish, so I thought it would be fun to make some Swedish sweets. For anyone that hasn’t tried Swedish sweets yet – do it! They’re all very good.
