It feels like it's come early this year, but I had to shovel to get to my grill this weekend. Did a quick grill of beef kebabs, red onion, and pepper and served them on some rice. The fire keeps you warm!

That looks like a lot of work. Impressive and interesting though.
I’m still on about how easy it is to fire up a propane in the icy cold, let it run for a while, and achieve a similar result with far less effort. Dial it in and run in and out the house in a minute or less.
Why does it look like the kabob in the first photo is floating over nothing?
