You know, I’m always talking about cooking with the bombini, cooking with your kids and making making it fun and happy in the kitchen. And making pellis, especially with a little maker like this, is so much fun to do. When we get the picelli out of the the iron, if you want to make beautiful little cups that you can fill with ice cream or, you know, crema or whatever you like, the way to do it is to take them out of the machine and immediately put them on something that’s going to give them a form. And then what I usually do is just put my hand down there or another glass on top and it it forms in no time at all. And then when you turn it over, it’s curled up a little bit and you can turn it into a dessert
