I really can’t get into cooking for 1-2. I try to cut down recipes, but it seems like the same amount of work to cook more and freeze it.

Damn looks good, I tossed the recipe in ChatGPT and it looks to be around 450 calories per serving(total of 4) with 26 grams of protein. Adding this to my list!
Edit: apparently people are really against using AI to get an idea of the macros, next time I’ll order some textbooks and do it on paper

Bay leaf and Italian seasoning go into mine. Soy sauce in addition to the worst., too.
Also use paprika: heavy on the regular, light on the smoked.
Easy cayenne for some spice (if desired) as well as a few shakes of red pepper flake.

That’s a solid batch-cook dish! Dishes like that I usually do even larger batches and freeze in sandwich bags to mix it up coming weeks.
